1. Pain-Free Return Promise
We get it—sometimes you and your Torment Pad just aren’t meant to be. That’s why you’re covered by our Pain-Free Return Promise:
To claim, contact us with your order number, and we’ll guide you through it (no pain involved).
The Pain-Free Return Promise exists because we know Torment Pad delivers—but if it’s not for you, there’s no shame in tapping out.
2. Return Eligibility
- Your order must have been placed on tormentpad.com.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- The pad must be unused and in its original packaging (we can’t take back a well-loved mat).
- Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable.
3. Return Process
- Contact us at tormentpad.com/pages/contact with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.
- Ship it back (return shipping cost is on you—tracked shipping is recommended).
- Once we receive and inspect your item, you’ll get your refund within 7 business days if it’s approved.
4. Exchanges
If your Torment Pad shows up looking like it barely survived shipping (or something’s off), contact us. We’ll swap it for a new one, fast and pain-free.
5. Shipping Returns
- You cover the cost of return shipping.
- Original shipping fees aren’t refunded.
- Use tracked shipping if possible. If your return disappears in the mail, we can’t refund it.
