1. Order Processing Time
We move fast. Orders ship out sameday or the following business day—unless there’s a stampede (it happens), but we’ll keep you posted if there’s ever a delay.
2. Shipping Address Changes
Typed your address mid-workout and missed a letter? Once you order, it’s locked in. But if you catch a mistake early, email us at help@tormentpad.com with your order number. We’ll do our best to fix it before your Torment Pad hits the road.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or other delays outside our control. If your parcel takes its sweet time, just know anticipation makes the pain pad even sweeter.
4. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your Torment Pad arrives looking like it’s already been through a session, or it disappears into the shipping void, don’t stress. Contact us and we’ll investigate with the shipping company.
Lost? We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Damaged? Snap a photo and we’ll sort you out with a replacement or refund.
